Connect an account
In account settings, add your Issuer ID and Vendor Number. Import the Admin Key ID and .p8, and a separate Sales and Reports Key ID and .p8. You can add the report key later. Keep your original files safe.
Read your workspace
Pulse shows the overview; Apps focuses on an app; Explore offers deeper analysis; Activity shows events. Choose an account, app and date range. Missing or partial reports are not zero. Currency conversions are estimates, not Apple settlement amounts.
Choose Pro services
Purchase or restore Pro in settings. Then enable background reports, notifications and iCloud separately. Buying Pro does not upload keys. Confirm the separate report key before authorizing cloud reports.
Connect purchase details
Open revenue, then transaction details, and select an app to connect Apple V2 notifications. Production and Sandbox are separate. Existing third-party callbacks need the forwarding/setup flow. History from before connection is not automatically backfilled.
Restore or remove data
Export your recovery key after device authentication and keep it private. It can restore saved cloud history and backed-up report keys, but not Admin. In Cloud data & keys, remove the hosted report key, delete the cloud workspace or delete iCloud cache separately. Local copies remain; Apple callback URLs are not changed by workspace deletion.
Troubleshoot and manage billing
For access errors, check Key ID, Issuer ID, key role and report availability. Enable system notifications if delivery is blocked. Use Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for payment. Cancel Pro in Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions; deleting Byst or cloud data does not cancel billing.
